If you are having
trouble with visualizations don't worry you're not the only one!
Visualization is the process of making mental pictures and is a
powerful technique used to help you focus your attention what you
desire. People often come to me expressing concern that they are
doing something wrong because they are having trouble seeing what
they want.Not everyone has a widescreen movie theater on the inside
of their eyelids. Some people close their eyes and see absolutely
nothing! Just blackness or spots, but not a picture.Whether you
know it or not you can visualize. To practice, try visualizing something
you already have. It can be anything you want but to start off try
something you see or do everyday. If it's something you are already
familiar with the easier this will be.

Steps for Successful Visualization

One of the biggest reasons that many people have
trouble attracting what they want in their life is due to their
inability to visualize properly. This is of no fault of their own,
they simply haven't been taught how to visualize. By the age of
15 we are often taught that daydreaming and visualizing is for kids.

properly. You might think it's as simple as just seeing what you

Make Your Visualizations
Real

As you probably
know, the more real you make your visualizations the more power
they have and the sooner they manifest in your life. If you have
seen The Secret, (if not go get it as soon as possible and watch
it) you will remember the scene where you are asked to look at your
hands then visualize those hands around the steering wheel of your
new car. For me this was one of the most realistic and powerful
visualization exercises I have ever done. Helped a lot by the sound
of the cars engine in the movie. It got me thinking to seminar I
had been on where the trainer asked us to take something physical
in our hands. In this case it was a rock. Look at the item and study
it in great detail. Take 2/3 minutes studying the rock. It can be
a chain or anything you choose, however make sure its the same item
you use every time.
